Traction Athletic Performance
Exciting News! Impact Legends VBC has partnered with Traction Athletic Performance to offer performance training for this coming season. Traction AP will offer speed, agility & strength training 2x's per week Oct 28-March 28 for just $200 for Impact Legends players. You are also able to take advantage of their Yoga classes and Character Development classes 1x per week during as well. If interested in signing up, check out the flyer for contact details. Congrats to Claire Reichenbach!
Claire will be heading to Eastern Mennonite University to continue playing volleyball while she pursues her studies in Chemistry and Pre-Med. We are all excited to watch you continue to grow and succeed in this next stage!
